All orders incur a flat delivery fee of £15 (excluding VAT).
Certain products require special delivery arrangements or are available for collection only. These items are marked with a scale icon for easy identification.

You may return items for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when received, undamaged, and with all original packaging. Items should only have been used for standard evaluation purposes.
Items that were specially ordered at the customer's request (Non-stock Items) may only be returned at the discretion of the manager.
Custom orders or modified items are non-refundable.
Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., earphones/headphones) may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed.
Software and licensed products can only be returned if the packaging remains unopened and undamaged. Once the digital license key is activated, refunds cannot be issued.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned items are damaged, used beyond normal evaluation, devalued, or missing original content or packaging.
The return period begins on the day your order is received.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be liable for return shipping costs. These costs will vary but are generally £20+VAT for UK-based courier collections. Larger or heavier items, or international returns, may incur higher costs.
If a collection is missed due to unavailability, an additional collection fee may apply.
You are welcome to return the item via your own shipping method (please ensure you use a tracked, insured service). Please contact us beforehand to obtain an RMA number and the necessary return documentation.
We cannot refund any premium delivery charges (e.g., Saturday delivery).
International customers may return non-faulty goods within 14 days for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, including any import/customs charges or recall fees.
Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the items. Shipping fees are not refundable. As a UK-based company, refunds will be processed in GBP (£).
If a parcel is refused or returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, a £20 recall fee will apply for UK-based customers. For international customers, the fee will vary, so please contact us before refusing delivery. If you'd like us to resend the goods after a failed delivery, a redelivery fee will apply. The fastest way to process your return is to bring the item, along with a copy of your invoice, to our Knowsley premises.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s).
