The Austrian Audio OC7 is a true condenser instrument microphone, delivering the open, detailed OC sound and optimised specifically for capturing musical instruments with fast, lively transients.
Handcrafted in Vienna, each OC7 is built around the OCC7 small-diaphragm capsule, developed and manufactured in-house for precise tuning and consistent performance. Every microphone undergoes rigorous quality control before leaving the factory, ensuring reliable results in both studio and live environments.
A standout feature is the integrated 220° swivel joint, allowing fast and accurate microphone positioning without the need to adjust or loosen the stand. This makes precise alignment to the sound source quick and effortless, even in tight setups.
With its transparent, natural sound character, the OC7 is an extremely versatile choice for percussion, including snare and toms, as well as piano, acoustic guitar and stringed instruments. Handmade in Vienna, Austria.
