The OC707 is a handheld true condenser microphone built for both studio recording and live performance. Engineered in Vienna, it captures vocal nuance with exceptional clarity, natural character, and outstanding tonal depth.
At its core is the OCC7 small-diaphragm capsule, featuring a 3-micron gold-coated PEN diaphragm — more robust than conventional Mylar alternatives. With self-noise of just 19 dB SPL and a maximum SPL of 151 dB, it handles the full dynamic range of even the most demanding professional environments.
Open Acoustics Technology minimises contact points and sound-reflective surfaces around the capsule, ensuring clean signal reproduction with strong feedback rejection and reduced handling noise sensitivity. A switchable high-pass filter provides additional tonal control and proximity effect management.
