The DiGiCo SD-Rack sets the gold standard for audio I/O, delivering 192kHz high-resolution analogue conversion and seamless digital connectivity. Whether you need MADI, AES/EBU, Dante, AES-42, ADAT, or Aviom, the SD-Rack provides unrivalled flexibility—making it the perfect solution for live events, touring, and broadcast applications.

Built on the same Stealth FPGA technology as DiGiCo’s world-renowned SD consoles, the SD-Rack offers industry-leading A/D conversion for superior audio quality, optical loop operation at 96kHz, with a down-sampled 48kHz feed—ideal for broadcast truck splits, and DiGiCo’s Gain Tracking™ technology, ensuring ±40dB of digital gain control across multiple consoles.
With Gain Tracking™, all consoles in the loop can adjust gain independently—ensuring each mix stays consistent. If clipping occurs, any console can safely adjust the analogue gain without disrupting other mixes.
Expandable & Reliable I/O Connectivity.
The SD-Rack’s 14-slot design allows for up to 56 inputs and 56 outputs, flexible connectivity options—Optocore optical fibre or MADI direct connection, fully redundant MADI I/O (56 channels at 48kHz or full 56-channel support at 96kHz), hot-swappable interface cards, automatically identified for plug-and-play operation, and dual hot-swappable power supplies for maximum reliability.
For large-scale systems, up to 14 SD-Racks can run on a single optical loop, while 28 racks can be integrated into a dual-loop setup. This allows up to five consoles per loop to access and individually control all I/O channels, offering unmatched flexibility for engineers and system designers.
