The GLP impression X5 series has become a benchmark in professional lighting, and with the introduction of the impression X5 IP, GLP extends this success into the outdoor arena. As the IP65-rated version of the impression X5 Wash, it delivers the same exceptional output and renowned colour performance that lighting designers around the world rely on—now in a fully weatherproof design.
Powered by 19 high-output 40-watt RGBL LEDs, the impression X5 IP produces up to 11,400 lumens. GLP’s iQ.Gamut colour algorithm ensures accurate, consistent colour mixing with no loss of brightness, natural-looking skin tones, and adjustable colour temperatures from 2,500 K to 10,000 K. With colour rendering values of up to CRI 86.7 and TLCI 88.5, it meets demanding broadcast and live event requirements.
A motorized 17:1 zoom system delivers impressive versatility, ranging from a narrow 3.6° beam to a wide 63° wash, all with smooth, homogeneous output. Individual pixel control and integrated dynamic effects further expand creative possibilities for complex and expressive lighting designs.
Thanks to its IP65-certified construction, the impression X5 IP is perfectly suited for outdoor festivals, tours, and events. The sealed housing also provides reliable protection in indoor environments against dust, moisture, confetti, and pyro residue, reducing maintenance while increasing flexibility of use.
Despite its robust build, the fixture remains compact and lightweight at under 21 kg, allowing for fast and efficient installation. Comprehensive control options—including DMX, RDM, ArtNet, sACN, and LumenRadio CRMX—along with NFC and iQ.Mesh support, ensure quick setup and seamless integration into modern lighting systems. With a power consumption of just 700 watts at 230 V, the impression X5 IP combines high performance with excellent energy efficiency.
