The L2 from the L Series is a next-generation, full-range progressive line source element, purpose-built for medium to large-scale touring and fixed installations. Leveraging L-Acoustics’ cutting-edge Progressive Ultra-dense Line Source (PULS) technology, the L2 redefines expectations for power, size, and deployment efficiency in professional sound reinforcement.
Engineered for outstanding performance, the L2 enclosure includes; eight 3” compression drivers with DOSC® waveguides, eight 10” midrange drivers, and four 12” low-frequency drivers mounted on the sides.
This ultra-dense design delivers an extended frequency range, reinforced low-end response, and exceptional output, all from a compact footprint. Coupled with the LA7.16(i) amplified controller, which provides 16 channels of DSP and amplification, the L2 ensures unmatched control, precision, and sonic consistency across the entire system.
Designed with a progressive mechanical shape, L2 provides 10° vertical control and features four user-adjustable Panflex™ modules to tailor horizontal coverage—giving you flexibility in virtually any venue or setup.
Rigging is simple and secure thanks to the integrated captive rigging system, which allows up to four L2 enclosures (or three L2 + one L2D) to be connected into a fixed J-shaped array without needing inter-element angle adjustments. This not only prevents setup errors but also speeds up deployment significantly.
With smart transport accessories and a compact design, the L2 reduces storage space and truck load requirements—making it a powerful, scalable solution for professionals who need high impact, low hassle.
