The Meyer Sound 650-P is a high-power, self-powered, tuned bass-reflex subwoofer designed for professional sound reinforcement. It features dual long-excursion 18-inch drivers, an integral 1240-watt Class AB/H amplifier, and a low-frequency response extending down to 28 Hz with minimal distortion.
- Dual 18-inch Drivers: Custom-designed long-excursion drivers capable of high continuous output and extreme transient information
- Self-Powered Design: Eliminates the need for external amplifiers or lengthy speaker cable runs. It houses an internal two-channel Class AB/H amplifier with complementary power MOSFET output stages, pushing 1240 W peak (620 W per channel)
- Extended Frequency Range: Delivers a deep, accurate frequency response from 28 Hz to 120 Hz
- TruPower™ Limiting (TPL): Protects the drivers under extreme operating conditions, preventing power compression and maintaining consistent high output
- Intelligent AC™ Power Supply: Automatically selects the correct operating voltage, suppresses surges, filters EMI, and provides soft current turn-on
- RMS Compatibility: Compatible with the Meyer Sound Remote Monitoring System (RMS), allowing comprehensive monitoring of key system parameters across a network
