GLP XDC1 IP Hybrid – Strobe Power Meets Precision Wash.

The GLP XDC1 IP Hybrid combines an ultra-powerful strobe with a high-output wash light in a single IP65-rated fixture, delivering outstanding colour quality and extreme brightness for large-scale outdoor events, festivals, and touring productions. At its core, the XDC1 uses the same advanced RGB + Lime colour system found in the impression X5 Series, paired with two exceptionally powerful white strobe lines. This hybrid approach delivers both rich, accurate colour reproduction and explosive strobe performance, making the XDC1 a true multi-purpose effect fixture.

Powered by GLP’s proprietary iQ.Gamut colour algorithm, the XDC1 maintains excellent colour rendering and maximum output across all colour temperatures. The wash section features 18 × 40 W LEDs, arranged in three rows of six pixels, combined with a narrow 10° optic that creates striking mid-air effects even over long distances. Advanced colour tools including a referenced colour wheel, colour temperature control, magenta/green adjustment, desaturation and colour quality control are all included. A dedicated tungsten channel also allows the XDC1 to double as a powerful audience blinder.

For high-impact moments, the dual strobe lines deliver up to 1,100 W of strobe output, producing an intense, wide beam capable of filling arenas and stadiums with ease. The diffuse output ensures the classic, eye-catching strobe look designers expect.

Creative flexibility is further enhanced with full pixel control. All 18 wash LEDs can be controlled individually, enabling dynamic pattern effects or full pixel mapping via a media server. Each strobe line is also divided into six controllable zones, allowing complex layered effects and bold visual designs when combined with the wash pixels.

Four integrated folding eyelets allow multiple units to be linked horizontally or vertically, making it easy to build large-scale light walls or linear designs for festivals and outdoor stages. The IP65 weatherproof housing ensures reliable performance in all conditions—no additional rain protection required.

Connectivity is designed for fast, professional deployment, with PowerCON True1 In/Out, DMX In/Out, and dual EtherCON ports supporting Art-Net and sACN. An integrated NFC sensor with iQ.Mesh enables quick setup and configuration via the GLP iQ.Service app.

Optional accessories include a quick-mount floor stand using a Camlock system for fast positioning, and a tool-free filter frame with interchangeable filter discs to tailor beam characteristics without affecting the strobe output.
