Remote Follow Spot Operation — Reimagined
RoboSpot allows follow spot operators to remotely control up to 12 fixtures simultaneously from any location within the venue — eliminating the need to place personnel in rafters or rigging positions. Up to 12 perfectly synchronised fixtures can track a performer across the stage, reducing setup times, operating costs, and safety concerns in stadiums, arenas, theatres, and broadcast environments.
BaseStation Controls
The RoboSpot BaseStation features a 15.6" HD touchscreen displaying a live first-person video feed from either a fixture-mounted or MotionCamera source. Full hand controls cover pan, tilt, intensity, focus, faders, and more — all fully customisable. Four programmable jog-wheels, 10 configurable buttons, and additional touchscreen controls deliver a truly personalised operator experience. Commands are transferred instantly via DMX with zero lag for perfect motion tracking.

RoboSpot is compatible with an extensive range of Robe fixtures including the BMFL range, iFORTE®, iFORTE® LTX FS, iESPRITE®, iESPRITE® LTL FS, ESPRITE®, T1–T3 Profile™ series, LedPOINTE®, MegaPointe®, Spiider®, LEDBeam range, FOOTSIE range, and many more.
