ColorSource Linear is a high-output, low-profile strip light featuring the proven recipe of dual red, green, blue and lime LEDs—the same mix as found in ColorSource PAR and ColorSource Spot. Unlike many effect-focused batten fixtures on the market, ColorSource Linear is designed for high-quality, high-output theatre-grade stage lighting.
Available in 0.5 metre, 1 metre and 2 metre lengths, ColorSource Linear enables multiple fixtures to be mounted end to end with even spacing of their homogenised optics.
ColorSource luminaires are factory-calibrated to ensure consistency. They feature a four-colour mixing system offering bright, vibrant colours and perfectly-mixed pastels.
The thermal management algorithms built into every ColorSource fixture ensure that the colours you choose in rehearsal are the colours you get during the show.
ColorSource Linear has been independently tested using the LM-84 standard. These tests have confirmed what we knew from the beginning: it is built to last—55,000 hours. The maths: if you ran a ColorSource Linear for three hours a day, seven days a week, all year long—we are talking about 50 years of light.
